Mike has been in manufacturing since 1979. During that time he has held several positions while rising through the ranks with various companies. His background includes Customer Service, Inside Sales, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Inventory Control, Purchasing and Manufacturing systems implementation.

Mike has set up systems in London, New York, California and Kansas City. This often involved training as many as 300 employees and restructuring systems and procedures throughout the entire company for efficiency and cost reduction.
